Our History

Outsourcing abroad is not a new trend, and in fact the founders of Xenolitica have had a great deal of experience in managing offshore teams in their past for their employers, however there was a gap in the outsourcing market, which was to provide outsourced offshore software development services with locally based Technical Architects, Project and or Programme Management, and do it in the founders primary specialist field which is the advanced communications.

The Ukraine team had worked with the founders previously on several large scale projects, and wanted to be in charge of their own destiny rather than work for one company and on one project at a time, and so they joined forces with the UK founders to form Xenolitica together.
