Co-Founder and Head of Commercial and Business Development at Xenolitica, Rob Conway 26 has years experience of sales, marketing and business development in high technology industries. Having begun in sales when PC’s were known as Microcomputers.

Robert has worked in Plc’s and start ups in the Computing, Telephony and Internet sectors. A keen interest in sales and related business development issues produced a multi million pound sales career, which in turn led to an invite from Xenolitica founder for him to join the company to design manage and implement the growth of the business.
